Terms and conditions

Who you are contracting with

MNM Tyres Ltd, trading as MNM Tyres, registered office 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF.

A booking request is not a confirmed booking

Submitting the form on this site sends us a request. It does not reserve a slot, and no contract exists until we confirm it - normally by WhatsApp, after we have checked stock for your tyre size and van availability for your area. You will receive a reference number as soon as the request reaches us, which is confirmation of receipt only.

We take no payment through this website. There is no cart, no checkout and no card details are ever entered here.

Prices

Prices quoted to consumers include VAT and include the tyre, fitting, balancing, a new valve, disposal of the old tyre and the call-out. The £49 figure is a starting price for the smallest common fitments; the total for your vehicle depends on the size, load index and speed rating it requires, on whether it needs a run-flat or an original-equipment marked tyre, and on the brand tier you choose. We confirm the full price before any work is agreed and nothing is added afterwards.

Prices quoted for fleet and commercial work are stated excluding VAT and labelled as such.

Arrival times

Any arrival time shown on this site or given over the phone is an estimate for typical conditions and is subject to traffic, demand and your exact location. It is not a guarantee, and we do not accept liability for losses arising from an arrival later than an estimate.

We only give an estimated arrival time for areas where we operate our own vehicles or work with a named partner. Elsewhere we will take your details and come back to you.

Repairs we will not carry out

We repair punctures only where a repair is permitted under BS AU 159. We will not repair damage in the sidewall or shoulder, damage over 6mm across on a passenger tyre, a tyre with exposed cords, a tyre with a bulge indicating internal separation, a tyre that has been run flat or badly underinflated, or a tyre already below the legal tread limit. This is not negotiable and it is not a sales tactic - an unsafe repair is one we will not put our name to.

Access and conditions on site

We need somewhere safe to work: reasonable space beside the affected wheel, and a location where our vehicle can stop legally. Where a location is unsafe, we may decline to work there and ask for the vehicle to be moved or recovered first. On motorways we will follow the instructions of the police or National Highways.

Cancellation

Tell us as soon as you can if you no longer need us. Where you are a consumer and have booked at a distance, you have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where you have asked us to start work within the cancellation period - which is the point of an emergency callout - you may be charged for what has already been supplied.

Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our service must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and any goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
